These are definitely my latest shoe obsessions. Jeffrey Campbell's line is everything and more. He has all the latest trends: studs and spikes, fab flats, cap-toe pumps, hot booties (no pun intended), and fly sneakers. You can't possibly go wrong with any of them. I recently added a pair to my shoe collection and I absolutely adore them. Wore them out last night and they are surprisingly comfortable and super easy to walk in. You can find a pair on several sites. I copped my pair at Solestruck. Jeffrey is the man!

Fall Wishlist: Steve Madden
I am such a loyal customer of Steve Madden. He offers great, trendy and classic looks that fit my modest budget. Pointed toe pumps have been all over the radar for this fall, cap-toe = hot, and studs are a must. These are three items that I will definitely be adding to my closet for Fall.
BCBG Max Azria Spring 2013
Thank God for the world-wide web. As much as I would have loved to be front row at this show, or any show for that matter, reality is that I'll have to shoot for NY Fashion Week 2013. But thankfully I can still get a dose of what I'm missing via Internet. (the second from the right is my fav)

New Do
Like many other brave women out there, I've decided to jump on the "Natural Hair" bandwagon. My last relaxer was in February, so I am about 6 months in. To make my transition go smoother, I've opted for these gorgeous Senegalese twists. I absolutely love them and they have drastically cut down the amount of time it takes for me to prepare for work. You will def be seeing more of these.

Update Coming Soon
I've been seriously neglecting my blog lately. My life has gotten back to its normal speed and I'm busier than you can imagine. Look for a new post coming soon. I've tried something new with my hair and I can't wait to share it with you. Bye for now...

Little Bow-Peep
These shorts are defintely one of my most favorite items in my closet. I love the color, the bow applique detail, and the soft silky fabric. These shorts are an Asos product and the polka dot top was purchased at Forever 21.
Swapnista New Orleans continued...
Swapnista New Orleans was plenty fun!
This is how it went down...upon arrival, my friend and I were asked to place our items on the racks set up outside of the boutique. Once we entered the Swap Boutique, which was super cute, we were offered light refreshments and wine (I love wine). My friend and I browsed around the store for awhile and then the games were set to begin. All swappers were given five minutes to quickly grab three items of our choice. I was able to score some really cute numbers. However, I later realized there was a strategy to it. You had to scope out the merchandise beforehand, then go directly to what you wanted. Sounds like cheating right? ;) Overall, I had the oppurtunity to meet some great people and grab a few new items to add to my closet, which I will share in a future post. I would definitely attend one of these events again. Swap On!!!
